Invoices are mailed or emailed to
your clients on a ​monthly basis.

​We verify insurance eligibility and benefits for new and existing clients.
Attention to detail and flexibility to meet your needs!
REPORTS:  We provide you with monthly practice analysis reports.  In addition, upon request, we can provide you with detailed reports of any aspect of your practice, at no additional cost.
CLAIMS FOLLOW-UP:  Unpaid claims are quickly researched and action is taken to ensure payment.  We work for a percentage of what we collect for you, so we work hard to collect every dollar you work for!

Joleene understands the ins & outs of insurance billing, and she has a special skill set
to help providers become contracted with insurance companies.​
  • We are a full service billing company with the expertise to handle all insurance calling, including verification of eligibility and benefits, setting up initial authorizations and following up on unpaid claims.  

  • We let you know when it is time to get further authorization, and send you a pre-populated treatment form for you to complete the clinical info.  

  • We communicate directly with your clients when they have questions regarding their billing. 
 
  • We create and manage your online user accounts for insurance companies, and change or validate (attest to) your practice information when needed. 
 
  • In addition, we offer the services of applying to become contracted with insurance companies.
